Los intereses de empresas militares abarcan desde tiendas recaudadoras de divisas, transporte para el turismo y restaurantes, hasta hoteles en diferentes puntos del país.
Para que nadie diga que las prohibiciones no se aplican también en los centros más favorecidos por la casta dominante, recientemente se ha dictado una resolución que prohíbe a los empleados de algunas conocidas empresas del Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas acudir a sus trabajos con medios informáticos portátiles; es decir, que no les está permitido llevar memorias flash, discos externos, laptops, notebooks, teléfonos celulares o cualquier otro “soporte potencial para el trasiego de información y que pueda entrañar riesgos para la entidad o para el país en su desarrollo en el orden político, militar, económico, comercial, científico, técnico, cultural, social y de cualquier otro tipo”. ¿Qué les parece?
El engendro que convierte en enemigo cualquier adminículo relacionado con la tecnología informática es la resolución 288/2011 y constituye una especie de Ley Mordaza para los empleados del Grupo Administrativo Empresarial (GAE), que dirige Luis Alberto López Callejas, yerno del General-Presidente, y que agrupa varias empresas de las que operan en divisas, entre ellas Gaviota. ALMEST (no conozco el significado de esta sigla), TRD Caribe, Transgaviota, y otras.
Dicha Resolución fue informada a los empleados en los primeros días de este mes de noviembre y, aunque la orden fue aparentemente acatada, muchos de ellos admiten extraoficialmente que entran sus memorias y teléfonos celulares, contraviniendo la orden. “Muy cara que me costó la línea del móvil para no usarla ahora. Tengo un niño chiquito en casa y debo estar atenta a cualquier llamada por si se enferma o necesita algo”, me cuenta una amiga que labora en uno de esos centros.
Los empleados de estas empresas militares son civiles, pero se les imponen las resoluciones y circulares y se espera de ellos un acatamiento militar de las mismas. En todo caso, la medida refleja el terror oficial ante las posibilidades de las nuevas tecnologías. Con semejante tratamiento las empresas de referencia parecen más bien centros de espionaje o de oficinas donde se trasiega con información relativa a la seguridad nacional… O mejor, a la inseguridad del gobierno.
