Me ne vado con il nipote più piccolo a passeggiare per le strade di un’Avana diversa e al tempo stesso familiare. Non gestisco più un blog e i miei settant’anni si vedono in ogni ruga del volto e nella lunga treccia bianca. Tutto questo potrebbe essere soltanto una fantasia futurista dai toni oscuri, ma preferisco credere che camminiamo in una città rinata e prospera. Ce ne andiamo in un parco a prendere il sole e cerco - come ogni anziano - di parlarle dei miei tempi, di quegli anni nei quali avevo la magrezza e l’energia che lui mostra adesso.
Lo spagnolo è ancora la lingua madre dei miei figli, ma il ragazzo mi guarda come se non comprendesse ciò che dico. Si mostra perplesso quando parlo di “periodo speciale”, “tessera di razionamento” e “fedeltà ideologica”. I suoi problemi sono così differenti che non può capire le cose del mio passato. Mostra senza pudore di non conoscere bene la storia e chiama un leader scomparso con il nome di un cantante di salsa. Non riesce a comprendere la differenza tra il carattere socialista della Rivoluzione e la fine dell’Unione Sovietica.
Non mi zittisce per rispetto, ma nei suoi occhi leggo che tutte le mie chiacchiere lo annoiano. “La nonna è rimasta indietro nel tempo” dirà quando me ne sarò andata, ma davanti a me finge di ascoltare gli sfasati aneddoti di una Cuba remota. Questo ragazzo non sa che soltanto il presagio della sua venuta al mondo, quarant’anni prima, mi ha permesso di mantenere il buon senso. Immaginarlo, seduto in un parco dell’Avana futura, con la sua smorfia di incredulità, mi ha impedito di prendere il cammino del mare, della simulazione o del silenzio. Sono arrivata sin qui grazie a lui e invece di dirglielo, lo infastidisco con i miei aneddoti su ciò che è accaduto, su ciò che mai tornerà a ripetersi.

Yo siento un desprecio profundo por quienes se llaman revolucionarios y solo lo son en países democráticos, donde nadie les dice ni pío por su bravura protestataria. Que van a Cuba por unos días y viven como reyes en manos de los asesinos de más 10,000 cubanos en solo 18 años.
Fui -y pongo mi nombre no me escudo en seudónimos- alzado contra Batista y bajé con el Comandante Sergio del Valle y me uní al Ché peleando muy duro hasta ser herido en la batalla de Santa Clara. Tenía 15 años cuando empecé a conspirar, no a reunirme en una cafetería a tomar coñac a sorbitos en la taberna de moda o café a la cafetería más “In” del mundo cultural romano. Yo ponía bombas y me caía tiros con la policía el 9 de abril de 1958 cuando los comunistas amigos del Señor intelectual de pacotilla tomaban café con sus amigos intelectuales revolucionarios, de frases rebuscadas y sentencias perdurables, gracias a la propaganda marxista europea. Cuando esos comunistas cubanos tan “prestigiosos” declaraban que no iban a la huelga porque no era por reivindicaciones sino solo política. Claro ellos en política habían apoyado a Batista.
Me repugnan los señores que creen que su pluma es algo sagrado, cuando no es más que sacrílega. Porque es sacrílego confundir asesinos, ególatras, que solo buscan como perpetuarse en el poder, a cualquier precio como los Stalin, los Franco, los Mussolini, los Cecescu, los Hitler, los Pinochet y los Strossner y el más antiguo el Castro que heredó como monarquía de africana el cargo al hermano, con líderes democráticos, que el pueblo elige libremente desde abajo sin que ningún partido les imponga por quién votar o le impida a un demócrata postularse fuera del partido único totalitario sin contar con el pueblo. Es sacrilegio ver como el derecho a la libre expresión del pensamiento es burlado descaradamente, y un mal llamado intelectual le aprueba sonriente.
Me parece inmoral que quién no tuvo valor para unirse a las Brigadas Rojas (en Italiano Brigate Rosse) venga a comentar sobre la resistencia cubana. La Sara. Yoani Sánchez tiene más valor en un dedo de su mano que Ud. en todo su cuerpo por no referirme a una parte en especial y más intelectual que Ud. Que es solo un pobre infeliz de los que llaman los tontos inútiles, recogedores de pasajes gratis, estancia en hoteles 5 estrellas a cambio de artículos magnificando a los dictadores.

Il famoso elenco – dal quale presumo lei abbia tratto il numero – include gli assassini di Batista, gli alzati, i terroristi, gli invasori (anche quelli della Baia dei Proci, i morti in incidente di ogni tipo, i suicidi. Include, perfino, Haydee Santamaría e Camilo Cienfuegos. Per non parlare dei nomi senza cognomi, date e circostanze non precisate. C’è pure un nome che fa ridere: Viterbo O’Reilly, vivissimo ingegnere e professore del politecnico dell’Avana e pluripremiato per le sue scoperte scientifiche. E non si tratta di un caso di omonimia. È stato qualcuno, che per dimostrare che la lista cresceva senza il minimo controllo, “denunciò” la sua “morte”. In più, l’elenco non è di 18 anni, se non fino a poco tempo fa: era “aggiornato” di continuo. In più, ancora, se lei ha la pazienza, come me, di contare i nomi, vedrà che non arrivano a 10.000. Lascio a lei costatarlo.
Mi chiama l’attenzione che sempre più spesso “appaiono” dei “veri” socialisti delusi del castrismo. Soltanto vorrei ricordargli che il Che annotava tutto in un diario.

Sembra che questo continuo dire tutto e il contrario di tutto serva solo a fare dispetti ad altri e creare danni a se stessi.
Si aumenta la confusione, io voglio capirne di più e mi rendo conto che mi allontano rispetto a ciò che più vorrei capire.
C’è quasi un rapporto d’amore e odio tra me e questo blog, mi riprometto sempre di non entrarci più ma è la prima cosa che cerco quando mi connetto, può darsi che decida pure di farlo prima o poi, con buona pace mia e di tutto il resto.
Non ho certo la pretesa di insegnare ad altri come descrivere o comunicare le proprie idee e dubbi ne ho molti su come fare questo anche se alcune convinzioni ci sono, e su quest’ultimo post di Yoani l’opinione mia è che guardare
lontano nel tempo, che sia indietro negli anni o avanti come descrive, si perda di vista il vivere presente e con ciò sfuggire da esso o cercare una giustificazione sulla propria impotenza di dare una svolta a ciò che si vuole cambiare.
Cmq ammiro anche i vivaci scambi di idee pure se accesi e scadenti di tono a volte, tutto è utile.

Dargys dice la verità, questa legge è stata modificata due volte, prima erano 20 anni, dopo è stata ridotta da 7 a 15 anni, e nel 1999 da 4 a 10 anni, a secondo la gravità di come èstato compiuto il fatto.
Pur troppo non ho acceso al codice penale e quidi non posso essere precisa, ma piu o meno è così, avevo un amigo che si è fato ben 8 anni di carcele per questo reato a Cuba.
Maurizio, questa si chiama “sindrome cubana”. Questo rapporto di amore e odio con l’isola è una strana condizione che solo chi conosce Cuba può provare. Tutti sappiamo che la Sanchez è parte di un progetto che va più in la delle sue stesse intenzioni. E’ un pò come quello che è successo alle BR dopo l’arresto di Curcio, procurato da Moretti. BR autonome fino a un certo punto. Poi palesemente eterodirette.
Yoani, magari in parte, è in buona fede. All’inizio forse era indipendente, come dice Lupi. Poi se non hai sponde economiche solide sparisci. Chi le da sostegno è gente schifosa, altrimenti non avrebbe un’eco mediatica così roboante. Le sue note sono a volte profonde e a volte fuori bersaglio e insensate (quella del primo maggio a casa, per esempio). Ma, come direbbe Leo Wright, non si puo essere geni ogni giorno.
L’unica cosa che si percepisce e che tu stesso avverti, è l’esistenza di questo fetore di intrigo internazionale che emana dal brodo di coltura a cui attingono ormai da decenni, per alimentarsi, i rapporti tra USA e Cuba.

Se puede idealizar un país, cuando lo vemos de lejos, cuando sólo nos dedicamos a oir los utopicos comentarios de los romanticos políticos o fracasados estadístas, que ven en Cuba el maravilloso patrón a seguir.
Si aquél sistema fuera tan perfecto, porque cada día hay más éxodo, porque cada día hay más ahogados en el estrecho de La florida. Pudiera llenar muchas hojas explicandote esto, pero no Gordiano.
Yo invito a gianni Mina a que vaya a vivir A Cuba, sin dinero adicional-sólo el que ella gane allí- moneda que no tiene valor. La moneda cubana esta no sólo desvalorizada en el mercado internacional, sino también en Cuba, cuando para comprar en las tiendas de divisas debes utilizar el famoso cuc. invento de los políticos cubanos de falsa izquierda- cuc, que se obtuvieron a través de doláres, euros u otra moneda dura en el mercado internacional.
Gordiano, no creo que Yoany sea el producto de otra mente, los jóvenes cubanos saben lo que dicen, lo que expresan y ella es una valiente que está molestando mucho al sistema.
Ese falso bloqueo, que sólo justifica el fracaso de la falsa revolución, deben quitarlo, pero al gobierno Castrista y a sus seguidores no les conviene porque entonces como ellos van a justificar su fracaso, a quien le van a echar la culpa entonces.

Te hago llegar mi novela Atardecer en Cuba, parte autobiográfica, parte a través de conversaciones realizadas a los protagonistas y con autorización de ellos escribí las crónicas, porque nunca hubiera incursionado en la vida privada de otros sin autorización de los protagonistas.
Mi mamá murió llamando cuatro hijos y nietos, mi abuelo nunca pudo volver a ver a sus hijas que partieron hacia Estados Unidos en 1961.

Il regime cubano corre ai ripari e mette in campo la stampa amica
La verità comincia a far paura…
Gianni Minà affronta il fenomeno Yoani Sánchez, rompendo un silenzio che dura da due anni, per definirla con tono sprezzante una blogger di moda. Fino a questo momento si era limitato a ignorarla, ma visto che anche Fidel Castro ha dovuto ammetterne l’esistenza per controbattere i racconti - verità, anche il più fedele sostenitore della dittatura comunista si è sentito in dovere di scendere in campo.
Niente di nuovo sotto il sole. Le opinioni di Minà riguardo alle critiche su un regime liberticida sono come le prese di posizione di Emilio Fede nei confronti di Silvio Berlusconi. Veline di partito, statistiche ufficiali, frasi fatte, retorica come se piovesse e una spruzzatina di illazioni maligne per far capire che non c’è niente di sincero, che il fenomeno Yoani Sánchez è costruito da qualcuno che si trova molto in alto.
Forse la giovane blogger comincia a dare fastidio, dopo l’uscita di Cuba libre – Scrivere e vivere all’Avana edito da Rizzoli. Il libro sta andando bene, è tra i più venduti in Italia nella categoria non fiction di autori stranieri. Gianni Minà critica la scrittrice cubana, ma non scende sul piano dei contenuti letterari e dei racconti di vita quotidiana. Prende come pretesto una lettera di un frequentatore del suo blog (che non ammette commenti, al contrario di Generación Y), afferma che non è vero che il lavoro di Yoani Sanchez, “la bloggera che sfida Castro”, sia scevro da ideologie o interessi politici. Parla di propaganda che le viene fatta nel nostro paese e di un’operazione mediatica orchestrata ad arte. Niente di più assurdo.
Yoani Sánchez gestisce da due anni un blog frequentatissimo nel quale - per la prima volta dai tempi di Heberto Padilla (Minà conosce Fuori dal gioco? Suppongo di no) - si parla di Cuba senza ideologie, raccontando il quotidiano e le difficoltà di sopravvivere in un mondo privo di libertà e di speranze per il futuro. Gianni Minà pare non capirlo e recita a memoria un vecchio copione fatto di frasi fatte, prelevato di peso dalle colonne del Granma o dai notiziari di Cubavision, parla di un continente che chiede la cancellazione dell’embargo, di presidenti presentabili come Lula, Chavez, Evo Morales, Correa… racconta di record cubani nell’educazione, nella sanità, nella protezione sociale, nella cultura, nello sport, di un blocco economico insensato e ingiusto…
Yoani Sánchez è la prima a chiedere la cancellazione dell’embargo, ma sa bene che il blocco economico USA non è il solo problema della sua terra, ma soltanto uno dei problemi. Ben altre sono le cose che vorrebbero i giovani cubani, strani oggetti chiamati libertà di parola, di movimento, di stampa, di espressione del pensiero, persino libertà economica, certo, senza timore di dire una bestemmia. I ragazzi cubani vorrebbero la fine di un assurdo sistema monetario, che vede stipendi pagati in pesos e beni di prima necessità acquistati con una finta moneta (il peso convertibile) parificata al dollaro.
I ragazzi cubani vivono solo privazioni e il primo a saperlo è proprio Minà, solo che non può dirlo. In compenso racconta la favola di una Cuba, pur con tutti i suoi errori, diversa, più libera, dai paesi che invece, negli anni, sono stati prigionieri del neoliberismo e del mercato, come quelli delle villas miserias delle grandi città o come i trenta milioni di bambini randagi del continente.
I cubani sono liberi di fare cosa? Forse di ubbidire, di sfilare in massa il primo maggio, durante una messa in scena grandiosa in piazza della Rivoluzione, di fare la fila per una malanga, di chiedere il permesso di uscita dal paese e di vederselo negare, di fuggire a bordo di una zattera, di sposare uno straniero per guadagnare la libertà…
Gianni Minà afferma che la Sanchez è sconosciuta a Cuba. Certo che è così. Forse Minà non sa che a Cuba manca la libera informazione? Chi dovrebbe parlare di Yoani Sánchez in una realtà dominata da un quotidiano unico nazionale e da una televisione di partito? Gianni Minà crede forse che a Cuba si possa leggere il blog di Yoani Sánchez? Si informi, allora, prima di dire cose avventate e di andare a girare un documentario sulla rivoluzione alloggiando nelle segrete stanze del potere e parlando non con veri cubani, ma con persone addomesticate dal regime. A Cuba, tanto per fare qualche esempio, non sono noti neppure Reinaldo Arenas, Cabrera Infante, Zoé Valdés, Pedro Juan Gutierrez e Abilio Estévez, ma restano grandi scrittori cubani, apprezzati in tutto il mondo libero ma non nella loro patria.
Gianni Minà prosegue con la solita storia dei dissidenti finanziati dalla CIA e in combutta con i terroristi internazionali. Racconta di una presidenza Bush che ha stanziato milioni di dollari per “un cambio rapido e drastico a Cuba” (140 milioni nel 2007, 45, data la crisi economica, nel 2008). Aggiunge che molti di questi soldi venivano rubati dalle presunte organizzazioni per la democrazia a Cuba, ma evidentemente buona parte è servita per “ungere” chi poteva creare malessere nella società cubana… Ci vuol far credere a una vera e propria “strategia della tensione” avvenuta nel 2003 con dirottamenti di aerei e sequestri del ferry boat di Regla… (erano disperati che scappavano, Minà, non terroristi). Parla di uno sforzo palese per controbattere il vento di simpatia, nei riguardi di Cuba, che attualmente spira nel continente latinoamericano e anche nella parte progressista degli Stati Uniti.
Non è possibile permettere simili illazioni senza replicare con forza.
Tra le righe si legge l’accusa che Yoani sarebbe una creatura costruita da qualcuno che manovra nell’ombra contro il regime cubano. Non si permetta tanto, egregio Minà. Traduco il blog di Yoani da quando nessuno la conosceva, credo in lei da sempre, sono tra le persone che ha voluto l’edizione del suo libro per un grande editore italiano. So con certezza che tutto è nato spontaneamente, per dare vita alle voci della strada, per far parlare la Cuba nascosta, in un vero e proprio esorcismo personale, che permette a una giovane blogger di impersonare la protesta silenziosa e senza colore politico che corre lungo le strade dell’Isola. Il mio lavoro di traduzione è da sempre puro volontariato al servizio della verità e del popolo cubano che ha finalmente trovato il suo interprete. Non ci sono soldi della CIA, egregio Minà. Per favore la faccia finita con questa tiritera che ha stancato tutti. Non servono soldi per raccontare la verità, servono soltanto gli attributi che questa ragazzina dimostra di possedere.
Yoani Sánchez descrive con realismo la Cuba contemporanea, dalla parte del cittadino che giorno dopo giorno è costretto a inventare il modo per sopravvivere. I suoi brevi racconti sono dei bozzetti a metà strada tra la metafora e il realismo più crudo, immersi nella vita quotidiana delle due anime di Cuba, ricchi di riferimenti a scrittori del passato dimenticati dalla cultura ufficiale, come Padilla, Cabrera Infante, Arenas e Lima. Yoani sogna una Cuba trasformata in un luogo dove ci si possa fermare a un angolo e gridare: “In questo paese non c’è libertà di espressione!”. Perché vorrebbe dire che le cose sono cambiate e si può cominciare a pronunciare la parola libertà. Si dichiara disponibile a scambiare gli alimenti somministrati con la tessera del razionamento alimentare per una cucchiaiata di diritti civili, una libbra di libertà di movimento e due once di libera iniziativa economica. Percorre le strade di due città diverse, quella dei membri del partito, dei generali, dei dirigenti di Stato e quella della povera gente che vive nella desolazione dei quartieri periferici, nelle casupole cadenti e nei rifugi costruiti per i senza tetto. Vive un’utopia che non è più la sua e non vorrebbe lasciarla in dote ai suoi figli, analizza le contraddizioni di chi fatica a mettere insieme il pranzo con la cena ma sogna vestiti di marca e profumi. Assiste alle fughe di personaggi famosi e di semplici cittadini esasperati, critica il governo per le promesse disattese, ricorda il passato e analizza lo stato deplorevole della cultura di regime. Yoani si scaglia contro il doppio sistema monetario e narra la realtà del mercato nero, unica fonte di sostentamento, perché la maggioranza dei cubani vive di ciò che i venditori informali portano nelle loro case.
Tutto questo è davvero rivoluzionario. Altro che la retorica di regime!
Il grande giornalista amico di Fidel bacchetta pure L’Unità, rea di aver concesso troppa attenzione a Yoani Sánchez e perché cita spesso Freedom House, un’agenzia sovvenzionata dai governi di Washington, come riferimento indiscutibile per dare le pagelle sulla libertà di stampa. Dulcis in fundo pure Internazionale - nota rivista di destra con simpatie liberticide - finisce nel mirino del grande Minà. Il peccato di Internazionale sta nell’aver affidato alla Sánchez una rubrica fissa dove racconta la Cuba quotidiana.
Siamo alle solite. Il regime cubano mette in campo tutte le sue forze per controbattere il tentativo di raccontare il vero volto di Cuba, al di là dei giochi politici e della retorica di regime. Lasciatemi dire che preferisco la spontaneità di una piccola blogger come Yoani a un presidente presentabile come Chávez. A ognuno i suoi miti.

Io come Lupi le credo, l’ho conosciuta personalemte, non è difficile, si prendono dei rischi certo, come ritrovarsi per qualche giorno pedinato da “operativi”, ma ripeto per Gianni Minà, non è difficle incontrarla al Vedado. E quindi perchè la evita se è stato la a girare uno dei suoi documentari incartati e confezionati, quasi dei postr pubblicitari.
E poi ancora conquesta storia della sanità eccelsa (ma lo sà delle condizioni degli ospedali per i cubani, o a visto solo le cliniche lussuose e costossissime per i turisti della salute), della scuola (ma lo sà che oggi giorno le lauree quasi le regalano e il livello della scuola obbligatoria e a bassissimi livelli e che moltissimi professionisti dei vari settori sono usati come merce di scambio con i vari paese mascherati da vari progetti umanitari)
Posso portare la mia impressione di quei 5 minuti insieme, ho visto nei suoi occhi la voglia e la disperazione di allargare i suoi orizzonti, ho visto la paura che lei più degli altri vive nel quotidiano esendo stata minacciata più volte ed oramai senza avere più controllo dei suoi scritti che girano per il mondo e che tanto successo meritato hanno, ho visto la sicerità e la cortesia di una persona senza padroni.
Dopo essere stato ammaliato da ragazzino dei bei racconti di Gianni Minà che parlava di quella lontana mitica isola, devo ora fare una netta inversione di pensiero, ma questo già da tempo, anche lìitaliano Bertinotti tornò entusiasta abbindolato da quello che il governo cubano sà fare meglio, mostrare alle persone influenti e ai giornalisti accreditati una realtà che esiste solo in piccolissima parte e a cui il popolo non potrà mai accedere, almeno per ora…

Strano perche infatti tutto ciò che Lupi ha riportato è causato in ordine dall’embargo economico, dall’isolamento politico internazionale da parte dei paesi imperialisti contro, dalle campagne di terrorismo e dalle dichiarate politiche di rovesciamento del sistema sociale Cubano finanziate dagli USA.
Alla denuncia puntuale e corretta che Minà fa della blogger di essere un caso costruito e una funzione operante all’interno di una delle tante capagne di propaganda politica orchestrate dagli americani Lupi risponde “Non è possibile permettere simili illazioni senza replicare con forza”; quando di fatto se leggiamo il suo post/articolo possiamo vedere che Lupi non ribbatte nemmeno ad uno dei fatti denunciati da Mina. L’unica cosa a cui Lupi si appella per rovesciare quelli che sono fatti storicamente documentati, non certo inventati da Minà, è la storia di essere lui un piccolo traduttore senza cui il caso Yoani non sarebbe venuto fuori; ridicolo, è chiaro che Lupi è un solo un collaboratore editoriale e che al suo posto avrebbero preso qualcun’altro se non avessero anche casualmente trovato lui.

Cuba, paese terrorista?
Giovedì 30 aprile è stato un giorno sfortunato per gli Stati Uniti.
Hanno deciso d’includere ancora una volta Cuba nella lista dei paesi terroristi.
Compromessi come sono nei loro crimini e le loro menzogne, lo stesso Obama, forse, non ha potuto liberarsi da questo imbroglio.
Un uomo a cui nessuno nega il talento deve provare vergogna di questo culto della menzogna dell’impero. Cinquant’anni di terrorismo contro la nostra Patria salgono alla luce in un istante.
Cosa spiegare a coloro che conoscono l’atrocità dell’esplosione di un aereo in volo con i passeggeri e l’equipaggio, della partecipazione degli Stati Uniti ai fatti, del reclutamento di Orlando Bosch e Posada Carriles, del rifornimento degli esplosivi, dei fondi e della complicità degli organi d’intelligenza e delle autorità di questo paese?
Come spiegare la campagna di terrore che ha preceduto e seguito l’invasione mercenaria di Girón, gli attacchi alle nostre coste, ai paesi, alle navi da trasporto e da pesca, le azioni terroristiche dentro e fuori dagli Stati Uniti? Come spiegare le centinaia di piani frustrati di attentati contro la vita dei dirigenti cubani? Che dire dell’introduzione dei virus come il dengue emorragico e la febbre porcina, che geneticamente non esistevano nell’emisfero?
Non faccio altro che elencare alcune delle azioni terroristiche eseguite dagli Stati Uniti che si leggono nei loro documenti già resi pubblici.
L’attuale amministrazione non prova vergogna di fronte a questi fatti?
Sarebbe interminabile la lista delle attività ripugnanti che potrei enumerare.
Su nostra richiesta, Bruno Rodrìguez, ministro degli Esteri, mi ha inviato le parole testuali della domanda che gli ha fatto un giornalista di France Presse il 30 aprile e la sua incisiva risposta.
Rigoberto Díaz, di AFP: “Coincidendo con i momenti finali di questa riunione ed anche su un tema che è stato trattato in questo incontro, il governo degli Stati Uniti di nuovo ha inserito Cuba tra i paesi che fomentano il terrorismo, con il Sudan, l’Iran e la Siria. Mi piacerebbe conoscere il suo criterio su questo”.
La riposta di Bruno:
“Noi non riconosciamo alcuna autorità politica o morale al governo degli Stati Uniti per compilare liste su nessun tema o per “certificare” buone e cattive condotte.
Il governo di Bush è stato “certificato” dall’opinione pubblica mondiale come un Governo che viola il Diritto Internazionale, aggressivo, guerrafondaio; come
un Governo che tortura, responsabile di esecuzioni extragiudiziarie.
Bush è stato il solo presidente che si è vantato in pubblico, nel Congresso nordamericano, d’aver realizzato esecuzioni extragiudiziarie.
Un governo che ha sequestrato persone e le ha trasferite illegalmente, che ha creato prigioni segrete, e nessuno sa se esistono ancora; che ha creato un campo di concentramento dove si tortura, in una porzione di territorio usurpato alla Repubblica di Cuba.
In materia di terrorismo, il Governo degli Stati Uniti, storicamente, è responsabile di un lungo elenco di azioni di terrorismo di Stato, non solo contro Cuba.
Negli Stati Uniti passeggiano liberi Orlando Bosch e Posada Carriles,
responsabili di numerosi atti di terrorismo, includendo l’esplosione di un aereo civile cubano in volo. Non rispondono inoltre alla domanda d’estradizione presentata dal Venezuela in relazione a Posada, che viene giudicato per accuse diverse, e mai come terrorista internazionale.
Il Governo degli Stati Uniti ha svolto un processo manipolato contro i Cinque giovani combattenti antiterroristi cubani, che oggi sono reclusi come prigionieri politici nelle sue carceri.
Il Governo degli Stati Uniti protegge le azioni terroristiche di Stato perpetrate da Israele contro il popolo palestinese ed i popoli arabi ed ha taciuto di fronte ai crimini commessi nella Striscia di Gaza.
Non dobbiamo riconoscere la minima autorità morale agli Stati Uniti e francamente credo che nessuno legga o consideri questi documenti, tra le altre cose, perchè il suo autore (lo steso impero, NdT) è un delinquente internazionale in molti dei temi che critica.
La posizione di Cuba contro tutte le manifestazioni e forme di terrorismo dovunque si commettano, contro qualsiasi Stato che li commetta, in qualsiasi forma si commettano, con quali propositi si proclamino, è chiara e consistente con la sua attuazione.
Cuba è stata vittima del terrorismo per molti anni ed ha un foglio di servizio totalmente limpido in questa materia.
Il territorio cubano non è mai stato utilizzato per organizzare o finanziare od eseguire azioni terroristiche contro gli Stati Uniti d’America.
Il Dipartimento di Stato che emette questi rapporti non può dichiarare lo stesso”.
Questa dichiarazione espressa nella riunione dei ministri degli Esteri del MNOAL non è molto nota alla popolazione, che ha ricevuto in questi giorni abbondanti notizie di ogni genere.
Se il Dipartimento di Stato desidera discutere con Bruno, esistono sufficienti elementi di giudizio per seppellirlo sottole sue stesse menzogne.

Ultima cosa. Non è necessario ribadire punto per punto a un’idiozia. La stupidaggine resta tale e si giudica da sola. E forse nel mio caso ho scritto troppe pagine per ribattere a una serie di fandonie inanellate da Minà, lui sì, credo, sulla spinta di qualcuno che chiedeva il suo intervento importante. La spontaneità di Yoani è fuori di ogni dubbio, non credo, invece, alla spontaneità di giornalisti come Gianni Minà. Non dico delle persone che lo seguono (come Marco il Rosso, che sarà in buona fede) ma di chi scrive cose false sapendo bene di mentire.

Cari miei, con la richiesta di rinnovo di permesso di soggiorno (e non il foglio definitivo) si può andare e venire fra Italia e il paese di origine, però non mettere piedi in altro paese, neanche europeo. E come il mio volo faceva scalo in Spagna ho perso – parlando alla cubana – «ciottola, zucca e miele».

«Atto I»
Il codice penale cubano (Legge 62/1987) nel Capitolo XVI «Sacrificio illegale di allevamento maggiore (mucche e cavalli) e vendite delle carne» precisa:
Articolo 240.1: «Chi senza autorizzazione [...] sacrifichi allevamento maggiore, è sanzionato con privazione di libertà da due a cinque anni».
Articolo 240.2: «Chi venda, trasporti o in qualsiasi forma commerci con carne di allevamento sacrificato illegalmente, è sanzionato con privazione di libertà fino a sei mesi, o multa di duecento a cinquecento quote o ambedue».
Articolo 240.3: «Chi, sapendolo, acquisisce carne di allevamento maggiore sacrificato illegalmente, incorre in sanzione di privazione di libertà da tre mesi a un anno, o multa da cento a trecento quote o ambedue».
Articolo 240.4: «Chi, senza averlo comunicato [...] e ottenuto approvazione, sacrifichi allevamento maggiore che abbia sofferto un incidente che fascia imprescindibile il sacrificio, incorre in sanzione di multa da cento a trecento quote.
E così, si smentisce Dargys, Marina e Davidbos (postato da Libercub). Dargys prima assicura: «ti vecchi 20 anni». Dopo, diminuisce: «non ti fai 20 anni, ma in galera ci vai, e non saranno 20 [anni] ma poco ci manca». Dopo, ancora, ritorna: «ho scritto 20 anni e lo ribadisco». Marina fa una spiegazione “estranea”.
La verità è che, nel caso specifico – «se la trovano [la carne] in casa» – rientra nell’articolo 240.3 che comincia per multa e, nei casi più critici e multi incidenti, può arrivare a un anno. Non di più. Non venti.
E così parlando di mucche, si smentisce anche il post scritto in passato da Yoani sulle mucche e treni.
Credo sia opportuno sottolineare che il codice penale precedente – prima dell’approvazione dell’attuale, quando Dargys era «piccina» – era più magnanime: non includeva i cavalli e la sanzione erano dimezzate, al contrario di quanto assicura Marina.
«Atto II»
Dargys afferma (e non è la sola): «ti danno meno anni per avere ucciso una persona, vuol dire che vagliamo meno di una mucca».
La verità è che il codice penale cubano, Titolo VIII, precisa:
Articolo 261. «Omicidio»: «chi ammassi a un altro, incorre nella sanzione di privazione di libertà da sette a quindici anni».
Articolo 262.1: «Se in una rissa tumultuaria [...] accade la morte di qualcuno e non risulta il diretto autore, si sanziona con privazione di libertà da due a cinque anni a tutti coloro che hanno esercitato violenza sulla vittima».
Articolo 263: «Assassinato»: «Si sanziona con privazione di libertà da quindici a venti anni chi ammassi a un altro concorrendo qualsiasi delle seguenti circostanze: a) eseguire per prezzo, ricompensa, o beneficio di qualsiasi tipo, o offerte o promesse di questi; [...] c) esecutare il fatto contro una persona [...] che non sia in grado di difendersi». h) avere privato illegalmente di libertà alla vittima [...] h) commettere il fatto con motivo u occasione [...] di violazione o pederastia con violenza».
Articolo 264.1: Chi di proposito amassi a un ascendente o discendente, o congiunge, sia stato formalizzato o non il matrimonio, incorre nelle stesse sanzioni dell’articolo anteriore [263], anche se non concorrono nessuna delle circostanze di qualificazione.
Altro che mucche più importanti degli umani!
«Atto III»
Dargys dice: «purtroppo per voi c’è più di un video che ritrae sia la casa al suo interno, la lussuosa cucina con i cuochi che portano pure il capello da chef, la famiglia Castro seduta ala tavola imbandita con ogni ben di Dio, la cantina di Fidel con le sue preziose bottiglie», ecc.
La verità è che l’UNICO video sulla vita privata di Fidel Castro è stato presentato con grande rimbombo l’anno scorzo da Dashiell Torralba Hernández, in Miami.
Chi non ci abbia fermato al “rintrono” iniziale avrebbe costatato che il video è stato squalificato poco giorni dopo.
Il motivo? Si è dimostrato – anche se era più che evidente – che era stato editato, integrato e, addirittura, interpretato.
Oggi – secondo El Nuevo Herald (23/10/2008), non il Granma – Torralba compie una condanna di 3 anni di carcere «per frode di documenti d’identità e falsificazione di carte di crediti».
Certo, per la manomissione del video e le false dichiarazioni pubbliche, no. Ci mancherebbe!

Sono sempre io, Giordano Zordan, quello che aveva tentato di partecipare umilmente al dibattito nel famoso blog “Generacion Y”. Yoani Sanchez mi tagliò senza pietà, dopo appena tre interventi a “favore” di Cuba. Non avevo insultato, né avevo tenuto comportamenti maleducati. Inviai anche una mail direttamente a Yoani, ovviamente in spagnolo, ma non si degnò neppure di rispondermi. Bella libertà, avevo protestato, quella che si scelgono loro, quella richiesta a gran voce dal blog e dal sig. Gordiano Lupi, che, guarda caso, ritrovo qui come fido collaboratore.
Quando scrissi al sig. Lupi della mia brutale eliminazione dal blog, ovviamente non ci credette. Ovvio, non si può credere a fatti che obbligherebbero, se non a un cambio radicale di valutazione, almeno a una piccola correzione di rotta. Noto che il vizietto di censurare quanti non la pensano come Yoani continua, a giudicare dalle lagnaze di molti.
Ma andiamo alla solita domanda, non me ne servono 50, come quelle di Tampico, alle quali ha già risposto esaurientemente Leonardo Mesa: a Cuba non c’è il Paradiso, ma nessun cubano vorrebbe vivere ad Haiti, Rep. Dominicana, Belize, Nicaragua, Honduras, Salvador, Portorico, Guatemala, Perù, Bolivia, Colombia, Argentina, Cile, Brasile, Messico, tutte “democratiche” e senza i cattivoni Castro, mentre la stragrande maggioranza degli abitanti dell’America Latina vorrebbe avere, ALMENO, le condizioni di Cuba.
